Manual tongs are manual tools for making - up and breaking - out of pipe strings (such as drill pipes, casings, etc.) and tools in oil drilling and workover operations. They can adapt to different pipe diameters by replacing the latch lug jaws and changing the latch steps. Designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 7K, they rely on manual operation of the handle and use the lever principle to transmit torque, achieving the connection or disassembly of pipe strings.
